What I have found to be the most crucial element of Remote Activation
The most crucial element for Remote Activation to work well is that there is an emotional response and a felt state, ideally through human connections.
I have tried experimenting with a location that, in theory, had strong benefits for me. It was right on one of my “wealth lines” and had a strong Sun MC transit activating it as well.
However, I could not connect with the place emotionally, and eventually gave it up. There may have been some benefit, but not clearly and obviously, and not in a way that was compelling.

Personal Examples of Remote Activation
My best Remote Activation has been in growing my Career and Business.
For over 13 years, I gravitated to mentors, instructors, and business connections who happened to be in proximity to my best career and vocation lines.
The Ruler of my 10th house/MC (the part of our chart showing insight into our career, vocation, and public life) is Saturn, so my best career line is the Saturn MC on my astrocartography map. For me, this line runs along the eastern side of Australia.
(*Side note, the ruler of your MC is also a co-ruler of your overall natal chart — so it’s a pretty important player!)
I’ve also made important connections when transiting Saturn lines were crossing an area where a teacher or mentor lived, bringing additional emphasis to the business-enhancing themes.
Why did this kind of Remote Activation work?
1) There was a personal connection to a human (an instructor, mentor, etc)
This meant reading their materials, watching their videos, getting on calls, or being in their community chat groups. i.e., interaction on a somewhat regular basis
2) I was emotionally and financially invested
When I chose to engage with one of these mentors/teachers, it was because I felt they had something to offer that would enhance my business, and therefore my livelihood. I had also paid them money and wanted to see some kind of return on that investment.
3) I was engaging in the themes of the planet concerned
Saturn is all about infrastructure, building things to last, planning long-term, routines, and discipline. I used the knowledge gained via these instructors and mentors to lay solid foundations in my business.
Example: taking Kathryn Hocking’s E-Course Launch Formula is what helped me build and create the first online course that I then ran multiple times and served hundreds of families with.
Saturn is also connected to isolation, and looking back, I see that whenever I would get away from the family (or get up at 3am when no one else was awake!) to build some important piece of my business, my business would have significant growth.
I have heard it said that on Saturn, it literally rains diamonds, and if you “do Saturn well,” you’ll reap the benefits over time! While I cannot personally verify the raining diamonds part, I can say from experience that leaning into my Saturn themes has been good for me financially and otherwise ;-)

Daily time investment
If you need a timeframe or a goal to aim for in starting out with Remote Activation, I would suggest a minimum of 10-15 minutes a day, for at least 7-10 days.
However, with that said, in my experience, it is most effective to connect to a person, or an emotional/relational activation, in such a way that it kind of takes on a life of its own.
For example, signing up for a course with a teacher you want to learn from — the course takes on a schedule, energy, and commitment of its own.
Or starting a conversation on social media with someone, finding a pen pal, or engaging with a person on a dating app, geo-located where you want to activate — the connection takes on a life of its own.
The World Is Already Coming to You
Remote Activation is about becoming receptive to the energy that's already available to you — through the people you choose to learn from, the sounds that move you, the objects you bring into your home, the connections you initiate across borders.
